  •  Cooking Surface: Made from 18/8 food-grade (AISI 304) stainless steel of superior quality, the cooking surface is extremely hygienic, very durable, does not react with most foods, does not pit or corrode.
  • Core: The heavy gauge aluminum core spreads heat well for even cooking with no hot spots, and retains heat for quick cooking, batch after batch. It is sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel and does not come in contact with food on the cooking surface.
  • Base and Outer Surface: The base and outer surface is made of AISI 430 grade, magnetic stainless steel. The Cookware can hence be used on all domestic gas, induction, electric, ceramic and halogen cooktops.

  • Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Patila (or Tope or Tapeli or Bhagona) retains the advantages of cooking on stainless steel surfaces while eliminating the disadvantages of sticking and burning that come with normal stainless steel.
  • Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware is made of three layers.
  • The Cooking Surface is made of AISI 304, 18/8 food grade stainless steel that is extremely hygienic, durable and non-reactive to most foods.
  • It does not pit or corrode.
  • The Core is made of heavy gauge aluminium which spreads heat evenly and prevents hot spots. The Base and Outer Surface is made of AISI 430 grade magnetic steel, works well on gas, ceramic, halogen, electric and induction cooktops.
  • It features 2.5 mm Thick Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel – Food-grade, hygienic, spreads heat evenly. It has unique 2-in-1 Elliptical Rim – the Broad side is to safely grip, pour & carry hot food and the Narrow side is for Ezee-pour and Ezee-grip with tongs.
  • You can cook and serve in the same pot.
  • It is easy to clean also.
  • In it the food stays hot longer.
  • It is stackable and has a space-saver design which allows the different sizes of Metro Patila to fit into each other, thus it frees up space in Modern Kitchens.
  • It also features a detachable snug-fit Silicone Grips which are stay-cool and you can safely grip, pour and carry hot food.
