Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up of SAS technology, which is a triple-layer construction of stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The inner layer is made up of food-grade 18/8 stainless steel, which is hygienic stainless steel and rust-free. The middle layer is consists of aluminum throughout, this ensures even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility.
