SHIPPING

• Shipping & handling charges of Rs. 99 are applicable to orders below Rs. 999 and orders over Rs. 999 are eligible for free shipping.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• You have 7 calendar days to return the product for an exchange from the date you have received it. You will be responsible for paying for and organizing shipping for returning your item.  
• To be eligible for the return the item should be unused and should be in the same condition in which you have received it. Your item should be in the original packaging i.e. the package in which you have received it. Your item should have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• You can also exchange the product in our physical store at the following address 26, Kirtikar Market, Near Kabutar Khana, Dadar West, Mumbai – 400028.
• We will not accept returns or exchange products for which a warranty or guarantee card has been issued by manufacturer.
